Dating from 13th Century the Bridge House Hotel and Restaurant is a magical, Dorset country house hotel. Set within the heart of picturesque Beaminster, Jo and Mark the owners have a focus on fresh food, local ingredients with their award-winning restaurant.
We were brought in to help the team at Bridge House by the lovely Anna Carey, a talented wine and foodie PR professional. Their old brand felt tired, dated and didn’t reflect the level of care, style and attention to detail that the staff and venue now offered. We researched local and national peers to assess where they should sit within the market and married this with their audience’s needs and requirements. The new brand takes a nod back to the building’s heritage of a clergy house ,and the architectural detailing, while still maintaining a fresh, modern look and feel.
We’ve helped support the team at Bridge House with getting their website into shape, updating their content and assessing and apprising the back-office systems they had in place. And we’re working with them to develop new print pieces and help shape their social media and editorial plans for the future.
We liked: working with such a passionate team of people who were open to change and new ideas. We’re also really looking forward to our stay there to get the full user experience first hand.
